NPC Studio
The development team has prioritized community feedback. Notable changes include additional NPC gift lines, new items available at the General Store, and the resolution of several game-crashing issues.
Highlights
Additional gift lines have been added for all NPCs.
The Worn Watering Can, Worn Hoe, and Worn Sword are now sold at the General Store.
Several issues causing the game to crash have been fixed.

New dialogue has been added for Balor at the Saturday Market.
Additional colors for the Basic Cape.

Gameplay
The heights of various wall furniture items have been adjusted. Primarily the Rustic Cabin Wall Shelf and the Lovely Cottage Wall Flowers.
Female and male animals expecting offspring can no longer be sold, moved to a different farm building, or moved into the daycare. Note: animals in daycare or moved between buildings with active expectant status have reverted status but remain in their current daycare/building slots.
QOL
When attempting to load an invalid save the game now displays an invalid save popup rather than crash on startup.
NPCs
Various small typo or spelling corrections and line edits have been made.
Mild Spoiler: Potato is now a liked gift for Holt instead of accidentally both liked and loved.
Mild Spoiler: Crystal Berries are now a loved gift for Darcy instead of accidentally both liked and loved. The freed liked slot is now a new gift.
Bug Fixes
Gameplay
Black Rabbits are now Tier 2 instead of Tier 3.
The player no longer wakes up stuck in a void after fainting in the Mines or passing out at 2 am if they do not have a bed in their house.
Perks no longer trigger before they have been unlocked.
Weather particles no longer reappear during cutscenes if Weather Particle Strength in Accessibility Settings is set to None.
Infused weapons’ damage numbers now always round to the nearest integer.
Swinging your sword in a room transition no longer causes the player to slide in an idle animation.
Holding a consumable item while interacting with the inn soup no longer consumes the item.
The player now resolves their animation when a dialogue textbox appears.
Closing the inventory and quickly hitting L or R on the controller no longer freezes the game.
Scrolling in the toolbar from one cosmetic item to another now changes the player’s held item.
Fixed a bug where movement speed was increased by holding Hasty armor.
Fixed a bug where Hasty armor could stack in unexpected ways (sorry).
Mild Spoiler: The beach bridge will now repair properly, even if you skip the repair cutscene. Note: If you previously skipped the cutscene, your bridge should now be repaired.
NPCs
Dozy and Henrietta no longer say dialogue intended for human NPCs.
Disliked gifts given on an NPC’s birthday no longer trigger a placeholder birthday line.
“Request for Emerald” and “Request for Rabbit Wool” now list the appropriate NPC in the quest objective.
Crash Fixes
Walking in front of Dozy when he faces west at the Spring Festival no longer crashes the game (Dozy says he’s sorry about that).
NPC’s database position differing from their actual position no longer crashes the game.
Invalid localization key for input_reset_controls no longer crashes the game.
Exiting the inventory page after swapping a held item with the cursor no longer crashes the game.
Using the pickaxe at 2 AM no longer crashes the game.
Fishing will no longer occasionally cause the game to crash.
Trying to put a small animal into a shipping bin no longer crashes the game (note: animals can be sold via the shop menu at Sweetwater Farm)
Additional Notes
We are working to fix an issue with Steam’s Cloud Save feature that is causing invalid saves. If you get an “Invalid Save” popup when trying to load the game, we recommend turning off Cloud Saves and playing the game on the previous device it was saved on until we are able to fix the issue.
