Megalo Don does not have one set spawn location in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3. Instead, his position on the map is shown by a moving gold medallion icon. This means you have to search for him each match.
The first place to check is the new Brutal Beachhead area in the southern part of the Fortnite map. This wasteland outpost is often Megalo Don’s base of operations. However, he may also be leading a convoy of vehicles that travels around the island.

If Megalo Don is dug in at Brutal Beachhead, taking him down is more of a standard boss fight. Land at the outpost and get ready to fight Megalo Don himself along with many goons guarding the area.
