How to Unlock Fast Travel in Little Kitty, Big City
First, head to the construction site near the highway by the apartment where you meet Crow. Duck inside and navigate through the tunnel until you find Tanuki stuck in a cement pipe. Pull on Tanuki’s tail to free Tanuki.
Tanuki needs three feathers to power their fast travel project, so you must find out how to collect feathers in the city. You can get feathers by sneaking up and pouncing on birds to catch them or try luring them with bread crumbs first.
Once you bring the three feathers to Tanuki, Tanuki will show you how to Fast Travel by manipulating space and time or teleporting to other areas using the “Petwork” portal system.
