Prioritize maxing out Serrated Knives and Slice and Dice before focusing on other skills. These abilities are what make Shiv particularly deadly. Use your ultimate only when enemies are below 20% health.

Early Game
In the early game, immediately acquire Extra Charge to give your Serrated Knives skill an extra charge. Next, get Close Quarters, Enduring Spirits, and Mystic Vulnerability.
