Raid Battles are special events that occur at Pokemon Gyms. During these events, a powerful Pokemon, known as a Raid Boss, takes over the Gym.
You must team up and battle the Raid Boss within a limited time frame. Defeating the Raid Boss rewards players with a chance to catch it, along with other in-game items in Pokemon GO.
Raids are divided into different tiers based on difficulty: 1-Star, 3-Star, 5-Star, and Mega Raids. Higher tiers feature tougher Raid Bosses, sometimes even legendary or mythical Pokemon.
To participate in a Raid Battle, trainers need a Raid Pass.
One free Raid Pass can be obtained daily by spinning the Photo Disc at any Gym. Premium Raid Passes can also be purchased from the in-game shop.
Remote Raid Passes allow players to join Raid Battles from anywhere, making it convenient for those unable to leave their homes.
As you gear up for these challenging Raids in Pokemon GO, remember to stock up on Premier Balls, Golden Razz Berries, and other items. Coordinating with fellow trainers and using the proper counters will greatly increase your chances of success.
Keep an eye out for all Pokemon GO June events and schedule updates, as Niantic may introduce additional Raid opportunities or bonuses throughout the month.
